Floral Design for EasyJet Event at SushiSamba

When EasyJet began planning this annual event, they knew they needed an exceptional venue and an equally impressive ambience and chose SushiSamba, the renowned restaurant on the 38th and 39th floors of the Heron Tower at 110 Bishopsgate in London. EasyJet wanted to take the event to the next level by infusing the space with its brand's vibrant energy and sought the expertise of an experienced event florist who could translate its vision into a floral design that would exalt the brand. The challenge was transforming SushiSamba with bespoke floral arrangements to captivate guests and celebrate the spirit of partnership.

Freestanding Flower Wall and Lush Meadows

Upon arrival, guests were greeted with lush meadows set upon elegant plinths at the entrance, instantly transporting them from the urban bustle to a world of floral fantasy. The focal point of our installation was a majestic freestanding flower wall with shades of orange—the signature colour for the event. This vivid backdrop, complete with EasyJet's logo, provided an irresistible photo opportunity while embodying the warmth and energy of the brand.

Inside, we strategically placed medium floral arrangements around the bar and meadow plinths on the stage to maintain a cohesive aesthetic throughout the venue. These installations served as decorative highlights and subtly reinforced EasyJet’s branding with their vibrant orange hues and innovative designs.

Our floral welcome sign was adorned with integrated meadows, setting the tone for an evening of elegance and partnership. This piece was particularly significant, symbolising the growth and flourishing relationships EasyJet fosters with its partners.

Flower Table Arrangements

We also addressed the finer details that rounded out the event’s theme, such as small flower table arrangements for poseur and booth coffee tables, ensuring that the beauty of bespoke floristry touched each guest's experience. An EasyJet Holidays sign was also elegantly placed on the glass window, enhancing the thematic branding and providing a visual connection to the airline's holiday services.

Working closely with EasyJet, our floral installations reflecting corporate identity and event objectives. This partnership highlighted our ability to translate corporate brands into floral artistry, ensuring that each arrangement contributed to an atmosphere of celebration and collaboration.
