Formula E sought an experienced Event Florist in London to design, produce, and install bespoke floral arrangements to transform the world championship into a memorable experience while communicating their sustainable values. The challenge was to propose stylish floral designs and create a variety of floral arrangements, combining responsibly sourced flowers with tech innovation for guests to enjoy beautiful and fragrant designer displays that were also carbon neutral. Our team of event florists was in touch with the organisation to fully understand the requirements as new and fresh ideas emerged from our internal meetings. Our design and logistics plan aligned with the needs and views of Formula E. We understood the need to maintain and communicate their eco-friendly values and were consequently appointed as their event florist to bring sustainable floral beauty to their week-long event. The client appreciated our proposal featuring an array of stylish and colourful flowers for their event, carbon-neutral floral installations that were naturally preserved. As part of our floral installation, we provided a plant hire service. Our flowers remained as gorgeous as ever throughout the week without any maintenance.
