The main dining space set the stage for the conference experience. Every table was carefully curated to make a statement while maintaining a sense the tone of the event. Our bud vases each held a singular bloom or delicate cluster for a pop of joyful colour. These were paired with medium, vase-less arrangements, featuring striking anthuriums finished in an iridescent or mirrored effect for that extra touch of glamour.

Each table also featured elegant candlesticks, which added height and ambiance to the room, along with double-sided branded prisms for a cohesive event identity. 

To add depth and texture to the overall space, we brought in a curated selection of greenery that provided scale, softness, and a breath of fresh air. We brought a range of plants styled in sleek pots to maintain a clean, modern aesthetic. These natural touches helped ground the event’s vivid colour palette and brought a lush, organic element to the digital-driven theme.

Outside of the dining area, we added a series of striking arrangements. The cloakroom featured large vase-less pieces designed with structural flair to make a lasting first impression. At the help desk, a single bold arrangement created a central floral feature that was both sculptural and welcoming. Our installations at the food and beverage stations followed suit with medium-sized, stylised installations that echoed the theme and tied each part of the venue together.
